The Mathematical Biology Seminar continues, Fall 2005

The Mathematical Biology Seminar is set to continue in the fall. Read on for more information.

The seminar will continue to meet every other week on Mondays, but it will meet at a new time: 2:30pm. The location is TBA.

We will start the semester with reports from the research groups that will have spent the summer investigating a variety of questions ranging from how to model the function of tick spiracles to statistical descriptions of habitat of the Missouri bladder-pod. The exact schedule of meetings and invited guests will be announced late in the summer. Stay tuned.

If you have idea for speakers that you would like us to invite (local and visitors), or if there are topics that you would like to ses addressed in the seminar, send your requests to Prof. Jason Miller (millerj@truman.edu). The seminar organizers are eager to hear thoughts from faculty, students, and other seminar participants.
