Mathematical Biology Seminar, 2007 - 2008
The 2007-2008 Schedule for the Mathematical Biology Seminar.
Truman's Mathematical Biology Program sponsors a biweekly seminar series that hosts local and visiting speakers that will talk on topics that fall at or near the intersection of the mathematical and life sciences. All meetings are open to any students, staff, faculty, and community members who are interested in this topic. All meetings are at 3:30pm. Location is TBA.

Fall 2007 Dates
- 20 September
- Introductory Meeting. At this meeting, an overview of local opportunities to explore questions at the intersection of the mathematical and life sciences will be shared. These include courses in mathematical biology that will be offered next semester and the semester after, opportunities for undergraduates to conduct research in these areas (including info about applying to participate in our NSF training program for 2008), and a preview of the mathematical biology minor that will be proposed in the next few weeks.
